FILM PROCESSING

Wex Printing film team are the men and women behind our mail order film processing service. We are an eclectic mix of graduates, enthusiasts and grizzled veterans of the photography industry, with some of us producing film for over 30 years! Brought together from our sister company, Digitalab, to provide a dedicated film service for this exciting and resurgent genre.

Our goal is to make film processing as simple as possible and provide our customers, new and old, with the same fantastic service we have been providing for over 70 years.

How to order your Film Developing   

Place your order and pay online

Select the options you’d like and place your order (this part is kinda important!) For each option available we also provide you with a choice when ordering on how you want your negatives returned either 1st class or signed for.

When your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email with a receipt and order number.

Package your film

Package your film(s) up in a secure, padded envelope or parcel box and remember to enclose your printed receipt. If you don’t have a printer to hand then just please ensure that you enclose your Order Number and return address details when sending your films.

Mail the package to us

We would always recommend using a tracked service to provide a bit more peace of mind when sending film to us and very importantly you must make sure to include the correct amount of postage for your parcel – a first class stamp won’t cut it!



If however you are local to the lab then you can also simply drop your film(s) off with us!
